Hi, I'm Aaron Herrmann, founder of Celesta Maids and a lifelong resident of Cleveland, OH. As an Eagle Scout and Cleveland State University graduate, I've always believed that doing things the right way—treating people with honesty and respect—comes first. The money will follow when you focus on making a real difference.
I was inspired by leaders like the founder of Chewy, Ryan Cohen, who proved that putting customers first and going out of your way to delight them builds something special. What are your rates for residential cleaning services?
Our rates are based on the square footage of the home, the number of beds and baths, and specific services requested. There are discounts available for those looking for reoccuring service (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
What is included in your maid service?
Each individual cleaning type (Standard, Deep Clean, and Move In/Out) is described in detail on its own page.
What is a deep cleaning service?
A deep clean provides the time and equipment necessary to clean all the difficult spots that accrue dust and dirt over time, but don't need constant care. Think ceiling fans, air vents, base boards, window sills and blinds.
How often should I schedule home cleaning services?
As often as needed, but commonly biweekly for standard cleans to keep it spiff and span. Deep cleans are often monthly or quarterly to prevent build up of dirt and dust.
Do you provide disinfection services?
All cleans provide disinfection as part of their process! All surfaces are hand-wiped with our eco-friendly cleansers.
